Hylium AI provides information about AI receptionist and patient-inquiry services for clinics. The site lets you try an AI receptionist and request a call with our team. Any paid services, implementation scope, pricing, responsibilities, or service levels require a separate written agreement.

Call requests are not confirmed appointments

Sending the form places your request with the Hylium AI team. A call is booked only after we contact you and both sides confirm the time. We may decline or reschedule a request when necessary.

No medical or emergency use

Hylium AI is not a medical provider. The website and AI receptionist do not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or emergency services. Do not use them for urgent care or submit patient names, medical details, protected health information, or other sensitive patient data. Call the appropriate emergency service for an emergency.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the security of the site or connected services.
• Submit malware, automated spam, deceptive requests, or information you cannot lawfully share.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with a clinic or organization.
• Copy, scrape, or reuse site content in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.

Third-party services

The site relies on third-party hosting, security, CRM, phone, and voice services. Their availability and handling of information may be governed by their own terms. Hylium AI is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
